See how the other half lives.

So I'm working on some bloggy improvement stuff, all behind the scenes and covert-like. (Not really - I just haven't gotten to stuff I want to do.) Stuff like a new blog banner, because I officially tired of the current one 152 days ago. I'll update sidebars, my book list, and such. Also still many photos to put up. And I'm here to tell you that none of that is done yet. Aren't you glad you stopped by?

But wait! I'd like please for you to check out my new, improved blogroll. I took out a few obvious ones, because really, does anyone need yet another link to Dooce or WaiterRant? They do not, is what I've decided. They're already going there. My new list reflects the blogs of friends, a few good blogs I just discovered that may become friends, and some tried and true favorites that I really just can't miss on any given day. Some for fantastic writing, some for an aesthetic I admire. Some for inspiration (though what I do with that inspiration is anybody's guess).

So, there you go. Before you click away, go look over there on the left - especially if you haven't looked for a long time.
