Hey, do you like TV? Me too! I like to see what others are watching - it helps me figure out if I am smarter than them or not. (Kidding, kidding.) And I figured - hey, maybe people would like to have the same information on me. I'm sure that you all wonder if you are smarter than me. Allow me to do my best to assure you that yes, you are.
Here goes, by day. Feel free to mock me. Some of my choices deserve mocking.
Monday: Heroes (I am gonna kick that show's ass if it's not better this year), Chuck. I love How I Met Your Mother, but it had to be let go. Dancing With The Stars has found its way into the rotation, through no desire on MY part, I'd like to add. I'm praying that I'll hate everybody, so I won't have to keep watching the show.
Tuesday: Eureka, DWTS results show (which we just fast forward through to see the damn results, already. So that's like a 5 minute show.) Marc still watches House, and I watch it with him sometimes. I love Hugh Laurie.
Wednesday: I don't really have a consistent Wednesday show. Technically Private Practice is on the roster, but we'll see how long it sticks. Bones used to be on, but that one didn't stick at all. And I checked out Pushing Daisies once and liked it, but never stuck with that one either. I'm a fickle girl. Marc will probably try to get Knight Rider on the schedule, but I just REFUSE.
Thursday: Smallville, maybe, sorta? I dunno. I'm noncommital on that one. I think we missed all of the last season. I might check out Kitchen Nightmares, but only if it's like the British version, where Ramsey acts like a human being. (I know - no Office, no 30 Rock. I know. Leave me alone.)
Nothing on Fridays or Saturdays. Sunday is the Ravens game and then Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. (Please, mock me for that one. I deserve it.)
A few new shows I might check out - The Mentalist, Fringe, Life On Mars, True Blood (we don't get HBO, but I'm pretty sure I can get it On Demand). We've watched a few episodes of Raising The Bar, but I'm still not sure I like it. Marc's into Sons of Anarchy - I watched the pilot and thought it was a good show, but way depressing and not one I'll stick with.
Also, I'll watch Mythbusters or What Not To Wear whenever I find them on, but don't make it a point to catch new episodes.
How about you all? Are there shows I'm missing that I MUST watch?
WTF??? I haven't even heard of half of these shows. Well, I lie. I'm just giving you shit.
I forgot to add that Saturday is Mizzou Football and Sunday we'll watch a little football too..god I hope our team gets good soon..tickets are so farking cheap we've been going to the games..

I honestly do not know a single one of those shows. Frankly, the only reason I have a TV is to babysit my child. And my husband. That way I can drink uninterrupted. Er, I mean, craft or read uninterrupted. Yeah.

I'm too invested in Smallville to give up on it now...I've got to see it through to the end. We're a Desperate Housewives, Heroes, The Office, Grey's Anatomy kinda family. I had to catch DWTS to see Misty, and haven't decided on whether or not it's a keeper. A show I must watch whenever I discover it while channel surfing? Cash Cab.

I hear you about Smallville, Sean, you know I do. I, too, will have to know how it ends. I just don't know if I'll be able to keep up with the season. Thank God for DVD's.
Desperate Housewives irked me long ago. Let me know how the "5 years in the future" thing works out.
Hey, I like Cash Cab!
Good for you, Kate! Er... I mean... yeah. Good for you. ;)
MP, we were offered season tickets to the Ravens this year... aside from it being an astronomical expense and we'd have to find babysitters a LOT of weekends, we decided we mostly just really love watching from home. Easy to take a potty break, and all the junk food we can eat. Heaven.

Awww, Heidi. No, no, no, and not since Seasons 1 or 2.
Do you still love me?

Love you? Yes.
Understand you in any way shape or form? Um, no.
